Craig Fillmann is president and founder of Moisture Mapper International, Inc., a company focused on the standardization and documentation of the water damage restoration process. The founder of Munters Moisture Control Services, Inc, Craig served on active duty with the Navy and as a reserve officer, retiring as a Captain. He has a B.A. in Economics and Business, and an M.S. in Systems Technology from the University of Southern California.
During the last three decades, the water-damage restoration market has grown from a relatively obscure idea to a major industry in the United States and Canada, with the rest of the international market rapidly closing the gap.
