APEX Restoration was awarded the Great Lakes Region Performance Excellence Award from Crawford Contractor Connection during the contractor network's 12th annual conference, held recently in Washington, D.C.
Contractor Connection network members must meet stringent criteria to participate in the program, demonstrating such requirements as financial stability, well-maintained facilities and equipment, adequate insurance coverage, and completed background checks on employees. The Great Lakes Region spans five states.
APEX Restoration was also recognized as having one of the top Mitigation POMS (Performance Objectives Monitoring System) scores on a national basis for the Contractor Connection network. POMS scores are a combination of the measurement of time and quality-critical requirements, such as response time to a damage site, estimate upload time in process, estimate accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.
"After attending the conference in 2009, we made a decision to be a top performer with Crawford Contractor Connection. We knew if we followed their stringent guidelines, we would be serving our clients with excellent care," said Dan McNeil, president of APEX Restoration. "We are pleased that we have achieved this goal, which is a wonderful accomplishment for our company. Once again, the APEX team has risen above the status quo to achieve a level of outstanding customer service. We truly appreciate their hard work and loyalty."
