Access to new IAQ technology, continuing education credits and networking opportunities are among the highlights of the Indoor Air Quality Association’s 19th Annual Meeting.
The meeting will take place Jan. 24-27, 2016, at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort in Orlando, Fla. Attendees also have the opportunity to visit the AHR Expo, which takes place Jan. 25-27, Orange County Convention Center.
“The meeting offers tremendous value, serving as a single resource to obtain continuing education credits, network with professionals from around the world and see the latest technology at the AHR Expo,” said IAQA President Kent Rawhouser. “We are offering more than 40 sessions in the Technical Program, two strong pre-conference workshops and a technical tour of the Florida Solar Energy Center. In addition, we are pleased to be an endorsing organization for the AHR Expo and strongly encourage our attendees to walk the show floor to learn more about the IAQ products of the future.”
The IAQA Technical Program features more than 40 sessions that sets the standard for IAQ technology and education. It includes workshops, plenary sessions, technical presentations and panel discussions with tracks focused on Assessment, Building Science, Business and Legal, Emerging Topics, HVAC, Mold and Microbes, Research, Restoration and Sampling.

Two Pre-Conference workshops are being held on Jan 24. They address school indoor environmental management and the collection and interpretation of indoor mold samples.
Registration to the IAQA Meeting includes access to the AHR Expo. With nearly 300 exhibitors (of the 2,000 total) displaying IAQ related products, the Show features the latest technology on the market from air purifying equipment, ventilation and filtration products to smart controls and specialized environmental systems. Some 40 percent of visitors or over 17,000 industry professionals indicated interest in seeing IAQ products at the 2015 Show in Chicago.
On Tuesday, Jan. 26, a tour is being offered of the Florida Solar Energy Center, which is the largest and most active state-supported renewable energy and energy efficiency research, training, testing, and certification institute in the U.S.
