Our beliefs and actions forecast our legacy. They set examples for others including our children and employees. When those examples are poor, we could send our kids to military school. This holds true for both our personal lives and our businesses.

Ask yourself: 

  1. What's your plan for your business's legacy?
  2. How will you get better in 2020 and beyond?
  3. What do you want to be remembered for?
