Bill Robinson is DKI Services’ Commercial Solutions Vice President of Operations. It is his responsibility to oversee disaster relief operations for commercial large loss in the U.S. DKI Services is a restoration and remediation company that offers storm, water, and fire damage restoration services for both commercial and residential buildings. Some of Bill’s efforts have been nationally and locally acknowledged.

Katie Harris is a founding partner at Spot On Solutions. Spot On Solutions specializes in online marketing for the cleaning and restoration industry. Harris has a degree in advertising and public relations and worked as an award-winning journalist. However, she found her true passion working directly with business owners as a trainer and coach. Larry Loffer is Senior Technician at Wagner Meters, Inc., where he has 26 years of experience in the Sawmill and Dry Kiln environment. With a degree in Computer Systems, Larry is involved in both hardware and software development, installation and training for sawmill operations, management and personnel.
